AS - This course has made me feel more possitive, its made not using so simple. I have got a choice here, I am still drug and alcohol free. I still get cravings but I cut them dead, I'm in control now, not my amygdala, just me.

KC - I sat the course seven months ago and I actually thought the course was great, I look at my drug use in a whole different way. This should be available in all prisons, I can say no to drink and drugs.
