At first I found the course content conflicted with a lot of what I believe, but after looking at the bigger picture I can see NO reason why a person who is attending N/A could not combine the two concepts when needed. You can take a great deal from this course and put it to good use when you come across any hurdles followinmg other programmes.

I found the course very helpful, it made things much easier to understand comparesd to the usual drug courses. Since completing the course I have found it a lot easier staying drug free. For that I thank you. Also, I would recommend this course to others.

I took a lot from the course, I have very positive thoughts and feelings since completing the course and I found that I have been able to retrain my Addictive Desire to not want drugs. Since completing the course I have given negative drug tests. I have also made a plan to reduce and come off methadone, I have given myself a time limit to achieve this.

This course has had a massive impact on the way I view my substance misuse. I no longer see myself as a Alcoholic or a Victim, I recognise now that it was all through the choices that I made, NO EXCUSES! I look forward to the future and put it all down to taking the Intuitive Recovery course. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

The course has helped me to recognise how IT started in the first place. Since sitting on this course I have reduced from 100ml of methadone and am now completely substance free. Now I feel good about myself and I am confident about my future when I get out of prison.

I have remained drug free since completing the Intuitive Recovery course. The course has given me an insight of how my brain and amygdala work. Now I know that I control my IT and IT does not control me. That is a great tool to have for the rest of my life. I am drug free and happy.
